Karma Independent Audit Inc. was established in 1987 as a financial consultancy firm to operate in independent auditing and tax consultancy.
In 2005, it became a joint stock company and received independent auditing authority from the Capital Market Board (CMB). Our company, Independent Audit, with its experience and knowledge, aims to present solutions depending on clients’ needs with the highest quality. Our target is to become one of the leading establishments in the sector with our professional service concept both nationally and internationally.
In accordance with this purpose, our mission is to combine our corporate structure with our knowledge and transfer it quickly and correctly to our clients. Our vision is to keep up with changes through innovative approach, to provide the best quality service, and to become one of the leading organizations in Turkey and in the world.
Our company takes place on the KAYİK auditing list of the Public Oversight Authority. However, due to the fact that we have not done KAYİK auditing in the calendar year of 2018, we have not prepared a transparency report according to the Article :36/4 paragraph of the Public Oversight Authority Independent Auditing Regulation.
