OSMAN KONUK

Responsible Partner Lead Auditor

- Was born in Van on 15th January, 1949.
- Completed Primary, Secondary and High School Education in Van.
- Graduated from Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences, Department of Business       
   Accounting in 1971.
- Worked as “Research Technician” at the Ministry of Development and Housing, General 
   Directorate of Housing, Squat Department during his higher education.
- Won the exam for Revenue Controller by the Ministry of Finance and worked in Ankara
   from 1971 to 1977, and in İstanbul between 1977 and 1987.
- Resigned from this position in October 1987, and worked as E. Atilla Selçuk’s partner in
   İstanbul.
- Worked as lead auditor for an independent audit company, “Uzman Certified Public Accountancy Inc.” from 1989 to 1997.
- In 1991 received his certificate to become a Certified Public Accountant and set up his
  Certified Public Accountancy Office the same year.
- In 2005 he became the co-founder of Karma Independent Audit Inc.  Since then has
  been a member of the Board of Managers.

- Was born on 20th March, 1948 in İstanbul.
- Completed Primary and Secondary Education in İstanbul and High School Education in
  Ankara.
- Graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics
  And Finance in 1970.
- In 1971 started to work for the Ministry of Finance as Revenue Controller, worked in 
  Ankara between 1971 and 1977, in the İstanbul group from 1977 to 1996, and retired in
  February 1996 after 24 years of service.
- In April 1996 set up Akad Certified Public Accountancy Ltd. together with Serpil Özdeniz
  and Hikmet Berzeg, both retired Revenue Controllers.
- Became co-founder of Karma Independent Audit Inc. in 2005.   

ŞENOL CİVAN

- Was born on 31st March, 1967 in Çorlu, Tekirdağ. - Completed Primary, Secondary and High School Education in Çorlu. - Graduated in 1989 from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. - Completed military service in 1990. - Attended Oxford House College in London for language education. - Worked as auditor for Uzman Certified Public Accountancy and Auditing Inc. between 14th January 1991 and 31st August 1994. - Was co-founder and member of the Board of Managers of Rasyonel Independent Audit Inc. an Independent Auditing Organization founded on 3rd March, 1998. He handed over his company shares in 2002. - Became co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Karma Independent Audit Inc. in 2005. - Email : [email protected]
